Rest days are very necessary. It gives your body enough time to recover and minimizes burnouts.

💗Stretch your wrists before you practice
💗Begin in tabletop, point your fingers toward your knees
💗Rotate your fingers in and rock from side to side
💗Maybe flip your hands so that the backs of your hands are on the mat
✨🥰I can’t stress enough how important it is we stretch our wrists ! It prevents injury and increases mobility so we can better control when we try poses which require weight in the hands! 😘

💓A great day begins with a healthy breakfast!
Lots of people skip breakfast. Making my morning breakfast is one of my top priorities, a part in my morning routine. I love to meditate while cooking and the mornings are the best time for me. 🤷♀️☕️ Drinking only coffee does not count as a breakfast ! Coffee isn’t food. Your metabolism is faster in the morning, and by filling up on vitamins and fueling your body you are energized and ready for a great day!
Give yourself some love, and treat your body with the respect it deserves 💗
I made a veggie packed omelet, roasted baby potatoes, avocado, and matcha tea.
