If you go to Planet Fitness check out the massage chairs they are amazing. Post workout snack, mini gummie bears, found them in the bottom of my gym bag. I'm starving 😫 cooking brunch after I get home.

Watching UFC fight night. I love watching fights,:boxing, mma, wrestling ect. I would fight but I don't need anymore broken noses. Lol fight night was what got me hooked on Taekwondo. Once a month we would fight. More than just sparring 😉 one of my proudest memories is being an Alaska State Taekwondo Champion for 3 disciplines in 2012 . I was nationally qualified that year ❤️
