From tomorrow on I will start to post my gym progress here again. Turns out december was the wrong choice to do it, because of unexpected travels, I got super sick for a few days and obviously christmas. I still managed to go to the gym whenever I could, so I guess it worked to motivate me, but this time I really want to go through with also capturing the progress in a nice way and not abandon it so early again😅. New rules will be that I make a progress video every 3rd day and I will try to have a full body work out atleast 4 times a week for atleast 2 months!
And I also have something nice planed for friday which I haven't done in a long time. Stay tuned!

This is progress video 7, but I actually had 15 work outs since starting this series. So it's more like 1 video for every 2 workouts and I think I will go forward like this because you will not be able to see a lot of difference from one day to the next one. I also had one unexpected vacation and didn't work out for exactly 7 days because of this, so I will extend this series until right before christmas. I think I can already see a little difference, atleast I feel a lot better and more fit right now😊
Will admit that I also changed the lighting set up to something simpler that also let's the muscles pop out a little more, will continue with this set up form now on!

This was my first shooting that I didn't direct myself and where I didn't know the photographer before, so hopefully it's understandable that I didn't get too "risky". It was a great experience though and I am definitely open to do something like this again and I am sure I can feel more relaxed the second time😉
