Hey I’m away for a few days and I wanted to show you guys how I stay in shape while I’m not going to the gym. This is good for me as volume (higher reps) is not something I do often. It also gives my CNS (central nervous system) a break from heavy lifting. I also do a ton of walking when I’m away which always helps. I do 4 sets of squats and push ups that’s literally it. Usually I start on 25 push ups and squats. Then I add 2-3 reps each day. For example. Day; 1 Squats (4x 25) Push Ups (4x 25) 2 S 4x 27 PU 4x 27 3 S 4x 30 PU 4x 30
