First of all, I wake up and open the curtains to catch the sun, which gently looks into the window. I devote a few minutes to myself and turn on music to do exercises.😊 Then I make myself a cup of coffee or tea, enjoying every moment. After that, I devote time to myself: I make face masks, turn on an interesting video on my phone and have a delicious breakfast, and sometimes I just go into my thoughts, planning the day.💘This little routine helps me start the day with something good.
