Making my morning breakfast is one of my top priorities, a part in my morning routine. I love to meditate while cooking and the mornings are the best time for me. ๐คทโโ๏ธโ๏ธ Drinking only coffee does not count as a breakfast ! Coffee isnโt food. Your metabolism is faster in the morning, and by filling up on vitamins and fueling your body you are energized and ready for a great day! Give yourself some love, and treat your body with the respect it deserves ๐ I made a veggie packed omelet, roasted baby potatoes, avocado, and matcha tea.
